Shipping

We usually ship out order within 24 - 72 hours if the product you order is in stock. It will take 2-3 more days for us to process your order if it is out of stock.

Exchange and Refund policies

Acceptable reasons for exchange are following: We ship an incorrect item(s) from what you order. The product(s) is/are defected. We will credit you with a $20 dollars shipping fee for you along with your new item.

The product(s) is/are in incorrect size; In this case, if we receive the items back and the size is correct, we will ship the same item back to you and require addition shipping fee. Otherwise,

2. Return Policy :

Defects:If you feel you have a defective product, please call us or contact with us in 72hours when you got the package.and Pls return the package to us, Once we have received the product and it is determined to be a manufacturer's defect, we will either exchange your product or refund you

Exchanges: For items exchanged for another size, color or style, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (from you to us). We will pay the first reshipping charges (from us to you). Shipping charges for additional exchanges (both ways) will be the customer's responsibility.

Returns. For items returned for refund (for any reason other than manufacturer's defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
